Cherie Salinas

Cherie Salinas is a self taught artist who paints with acrylic along with other mediums such as glitter, lace, and rhinestones. She refers to her style as contemporary impressionism.  Some of Cherie’s favorite artists include Monet and Degas.  “I always enjoy seeing what other artists are creating.” Salinas said.  She knew she wanted to be an artist ever since she could pick up a pencil. She has showed in several juried shows including East End Gallery, Chocolate and Art, and There’should no Place Like That Yellow Brick Road. Salinas’ goal is to share with others her interpretation of beauty.
