Vic Noon

Vic Noon was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine and currently lives and works in Houston, Texas. He completed 4-year structural classical art program and has a degree in New York Institute of Photography.

He uses an impressionistic, partly abstract, gestural and figurative picture language and prefers an expressive and powerful Palette Knife Painting.
